We promote healthy eating through our school dinners (see menu here), our PSHCE curriculum, and enrichment such as our cookery group. Tasty Meal Ideas are included in the newsletter every week.
Pupils receive weekly P.E. lessons in addition to ‘physical’ enrichment opportunities. Both are planned using our P.E. curriculum ‘cogs’, including a termly Health and Fitness focus. At the end of each lesson, pupils reflect on how the session has helped to activate different parts of their body and how they can develop their physical and mental fitness.
Relationships and Sex Education is delivered through our PSHCE curriculum in line with statutory guidance and our school values. Please also see our Relationships and Sex Education Policy and dedicated RSE page.
