We want our children to become responsible, determined individuals who love to learn and are committed to providing the best level of education, care, wider services and opportunities to our children and families. We aim to provide high quality education that ensures children learn knowledge, skills and behaviours that will set the foundation for their futures as productive, happy adults.

Orchard Meadow Primary is a two form entry school for children aged 3 to 11 including Nursery provision. We proudly serve the children and families of Blackbird Leys in Oxford and welcome children from the surrounding areas.

We pride ourselves on the relationships that we build and have a committed team of staff and Governors and we are often supported by students and volunteers from the wider community. This ensure that our school constantly improves and grows.

We work to ensure that our children have a broad curriculum that includes a range of experiences such as residentials, performances, sporting clubs and trips.

We love to have visitors so please come and see for yourself!

We look forward to welcoming you to our school.

At Orchard Meadow, children, teachers and the wider community are working together to shape our school – creating a culture which challenges expectations, broadens horizons and creates new opportunities for children to thrive.

We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, develop and succeed—from Reception through to Year 6—and we have a responsibility to ensure that we provide the best possible educational experiences for the children in our care.

United Learning

Our vision is to provide excellent education, which prepares young people to progress in learning and to make a success of their lives.
